What I eat for breakfast for 1 week Day #1

I have recieved many question about what I eat and specifcally a lot about breakfast. So for the next week I will be posting pictures and instructions on how to make the breakfasts I eat. So here is day #1. This morning I had Raspberry Almond Oatmeal. It is ammmmazzzing!

Raspberry Almond Oatmeal

1/3 cup quick oats

2/3 cup of water

2tbl of almonds

1 tsp of brown sugar

6 raspberries

Place oatmeal water and raspberries in a bowl.Cook oatmeal in whatever form you may like. I use a microwave because at 4:45 am you don’t have time to waste. I cook the oatmeal for 2 minutes and add extra water because I don’t like it too thick. Once cooked the raspberries have probably exploded, which is the best! I then add 1 tsp of brown sugar because I like my oatmeal sweet (don’t tell Alyssa). Then add your almonds and ENJOY!!
