So as many of you know and for those of you who don’t I have never taken a yoga class, I have never studied yoga, I don’t know anything about yoga. So when this Under Armour challenge came around I thought to myself, “what a perfect time to find some really hard yoga poses and accomplish them in 9 weeks.” Awesome! Ha! Little did I know the commitment people who can do these poses have put in. Like years, literally years. So, so far I have been setting up my yoga foundation by doing lots of the yoga stretches for literally hours a day, and then attempting things that I really have no business attempting. Which for you makes for many awesome videos of me struggling. So here it is my attempt to make a sweet video of me doing some of my “sweet” yoga moves (I don’t have any, yet haha) couldn’t really deliver with crow, OHH but I will! Working hard to get where I need to be in next 8 weeks. I did run 5 miles today so 175 miles to go and feeling great!
