There will be new classes coming this fall to Push Fitness! The first being a women over 50 class that will take place in Lakefield. It is a perfect class for women 50 and older to start a new fitness routine. It is specialized and safe for women looking to get back into shape in a comfortable atmosphere. As well there will be an early morning group class starting August 1st @530 am. So welcome early risers come and get your fitness fix early! This will be a circuit style class that will get your heart rate up and give you all the energy you will need for the day! It is twice a week on Monday’s and Thursday’s. There are also 2 spots left in the Mom and Baby class on Monday mornings at 9am. It is a fun group who motivate and push each other and get to gab about all things baby during breaks.Please contact for more details.
