Here is a Pilates move called the Crisscross, really great for the core! The key is to have really slow and controlled movements, always keeping the legs inside the frame of your body, not letting the hips wiggle, don’t pull on the neck when the head is lifted, keeping your chin to your chest, get those elbows out wide and point your toes! I love this exercise it is great for strengthening the core and helping to create a long and lean look just like Pilates promises! 10 slow and then 10 fast don’t let yourself stop!
