Breakfast Pre Race Day #4

So a client of mine set a goal to run a 5K race, so as I always do I did the run with her. There is nothing better then having a partner on race day. Before I left for the Stoney Lake Sprint, I had a quick bite to eat. I had half a whole wheat English muffin with crunchy natural peanut butter and a few chopped up strawberries. Quick, delicious and kept me going for the haul across the finish line. Yummmmmy!!
