Breakfast Day #6!

 I was in a rush on Monday morning so I had 3 hard boiled eggs and 2tbls of Almonds. It was fast, easy and it keeps me full for hours. I would recommend boiling a dozen eggs every Sunday so that you can grab them as a snack, or as a great source of protein for after a workout. I always have hard boiled eggs in my fridge and give them to my clients to have after a workout if they don’t have a snack packed.
