Emma-Lee Harrison is your certified personal trainer! With her background as an athlete she will share her knowledge, love of fitness and nutrition with you. She is dedicated and extremely motivational. Each workout/program she designs carefully considers each clients goal and fitness level. Your program will be extremely personal, customized to fit your weight-loss and fitness goals. She will give you that extra push that you've been looking for!

Personal Training

The best and quickest way to see results! One on one sessions are one full hour of exercise therapy. There is no limit to where this workout might take you. Indoor training on rainy days and outdoor training when the sun is shining. One hour to improve your mood, your body and your spirit - not too bad for an hour of your day!

Group Push

This challenging small group training program uses the stroops and kettlebells to add intensity to this full body circuit training workout. Challenge your core strength and overall endurance to get results from your training! A group atmosphere that pushes you to new limits that you didn't know possible. Join the encouraging and fun Group Push to challenge yourself and others.

Push Pilates

The go to for a long and lean frame. Push Pilates focus is on the core with development of strength and endurance of your body. It is a flowing body workout like no other workout you've tried before. It improves coordination, flexibility and balance. The emphasis is on pelvic and spinal alignment leaving you feeling more relaxed and rejuvenated while sculpting your new lean body.
